Disgusting how they treat breastfeeding moms! Prescribing medication to a patient knowing they are breastfeeding and the med isn't safe? That's malpractice!
1 star because of a "doctor" shaming a breastfeeding mother. Absolutely ridiculous.
Took my son yesterday about 6pm to be seen for fever and sore throat. I did a web appointment online and then drove there to be seen. The lady at the front desk was so busy with many patients but was very friendly and efficient. Upon showing up we were seen within 30 minutes. When we were back in the room the nurse was friendly and the doctor was so thorough. Yes I recommend this place to all my family and friends.
Very clean facility. Awesome staff. Next time we will use the CareNow app to get on the list for an appointment. We arrived at 9:00 so it wasn't bad but within 30 minutes it was up to 1 1/-2 HR wait.
I would not return based purely on how the insurance was handled, not the practitioner, she was very kind. I was charged the higher specialist co-pay and I was told that they are considered specialist since they are urgent care (this was when it was still CareSpot) and I was overcharged $50. When I got my EOB and it clearly showed I shouldn't have paid as much as I did I asked for a refund. Well, it has been 79 days and multiple calls later and I still don't have the refund in hand.
