On line check in at 10:15 am didn’t get seen till after 3:00 pm I understand it was the Monday after Thanksgiving but was told I would be called within a 1 1/2 then I call after 2 1/2 hours and them telling me they had emergency that put them an hr behind but after 2pm I called back again then they just told me to come in and waited till 3 I can understand but don’t tell me one thing and turn around and not do it and then not say a thing about it

They make you wait more than three hours for the doctor to go to the room to check me out. I checked in from 6:30. It's 9:54 pm The doctor just came to check me out. I'm starting to think they are racist. It is very coincidental that white people pass it first and one as a Hispanic leaves us last. They are not kind to one and yes I am the last patient. Great
Change your name to CareNever. Telling someone to be patient then calling me back 8 hours later after everyone is gone. Been 4 days still no follow up. Thanks I enjoy being in pain!!!

I believe this to be FRAUD! I have NOT visited this CareNow, additionally I do not live in Texas so it would be impossible to go here. I believe that someone has stolen my identity and using insurance fraud as I have told these people before that it is not me.
Way to expensive and they don’t take my insurance! 😡
They always take good care of me & my family. I check-in online so I never have to wait long.
