Went yesterday. My daughter has a sore throat and neck pain and severe headache. She is vaccinated and the dr kept pushing that she has to be false negative Covid. I said she doesn’t have any respiratory symptoms. No cough no sob. He didn’t even look in her throat. Spent 3 seconds looking at her. I work hard and pay $50 just to walk in there for 3 seconds. this place tried charging me a ER copay. it says urgent care not ER. advent health charges 30 bucks. Don't go here they are not a ER they are urgent care but try to charge you ER copay.
The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude to every patron, including myself. After saying that I had to have an authorization for the appointment that I made, they never took the authorization barcode from me. Then after being there for almost an hour I was told they don’t have TB test and to call around to the other carenow locations myself to figure it out.
