Horrible..... waited 2 hours in the waiting room it's not even full and then 1 hour in the room poor service !!!!! Next time I'll just go to ER I expect that at ER not "urgent care now""

I was diagnosed incorrectly and given a prescription for antibiotics that did not cure my illness. Instead since I was not cured my 5 yr old son, 5 month old daughter, coworker, baby sitter and her 2 kids under 2yrs old got sick. When I called to ask if I could see the Dr again and be re diagnosed at no charge because I already paid once to be cured and they didn't do so, I was told that I would still need to pay my co pay. The Dr did a more in depth exam than my own physician. They explained everything along the way.
My daughter went up there to be seen tonight. Provided her insurance card and was told that because they could not verify that it was her card, she had her drivers license showing who she was. Her insurance card has her name on it. They would not see her.......SHE WAS DENIED MEDICAL HELP!! WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!!
Awful experience. Web checkin about 6:20 they call and say 1.5 hour wait but call back and tell me to come at 7. I come up here to be told take Allegra or Claritin and Flonase for 2 weeks. Bill $150 I ask about my insurance it would have been $172!!!! Well please excuse me if I feel like I was over charged. Same end result guessing game on Allergy meds on isle 13 . I think I am going to report to the state. I could have asked a pharmacist at Walgreens and got better advice without spending 1 hour 30 minutes to be told nothin... read more
