RecommendedIt was great. First time I had been there. I did not have an appt. but only had a 30 minute wait. Very impressed by the employees.

RecommendedThe receptionists were very pleasant, very helpful and polite. The nurse who did my intake was very personable and we shared some laughs. The doctor was very friendly and quick, and actually had a sense of humor. All in all a very good experience for a sick call.
Made a web check in, and was notified they were ready for me at 5:09 pm. Walked in at 5:15 pm and did not walk out until 7:00 pm. I was able to watch the entire Beauty and the Beast. All staff was friendly and professional. What good is web check in when it is obvious they weren’t ready for me. There was no one in the waiting room.

RecommendedStaff is A++. Had an appt at N Garland and they called, got me in quicker.
Waited in pArking lot for 5 hours to be seen. Made me pay $194 because I had insurance. Normal fee is $160 then I Asked if I get a refund if I don’t go over that and they said no. Felt the front desk staff not worried about #s and not the person.
