Quick and fast when I went. Knowledgeable team
The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude to every patron, including myself. After saying that I had to have an authorization for the appointment that I made, they never took the authorization barcode from me. Then after being there for almost an hour I was told they don’t have TB test and to call around to the other carenow locations myself to figure it out.
They recieved me well, very professional, good team work as far as taking care of my needs fast and prompt,the only thing is, when taken back, they were loud , and laughing loud, talking about their personal and talking about oher patients, didnt feel good needed some peace and quiet

While at my appt everyone was great. I was sent for a CT and was told id have a doctor call me that same day with results. It has now been 4 days and I've called multiple times only to get told that the doctor will get to it when they get to it. i have also been hung up on twice. left messages with no return call. I came here to try and save am er visit but next time ill just be going to the er. Don't waist your time go somewhere else.

Had sinus infection. Finally got the right prescription to cure it.
DONT GO TO CARENOW! the doctor didn't look at the wound I had but for two seconds and said take these meds and see a dermatologist if doesnt get better in 2 days! I went to my doctor 2 days later and was sent to a surgeon because it was an infected bite! I had to get chunks taken out on me these people just want your money
