Unfortunately, my recent experience with this location was not good. NP Justyne was either incompetent or purposely lacking care/empathy regarding my pain. Maybe because I came in for a work related injury, she was more concerned about the insurance company’s needs than mine as a patient, but she seemed so concerned with making sure she didn’t say “I can’t work” that she failed to acknowledge the severity of my pain. Staff was friendly,very clean .I was in and out
The PA was absolutely awesome. That was the most important thing to me. She was very knowledgeable, confident and had great bedside manner. Fantastic.
