Fred Howard was assigned to service my home through the home warranty company. Fred was rude and unprofessional towards me. And I ultimately questioned his service methods. Dont bother shopping around for estimates most of them wants a service call fee for $50 to see then charge Uanother $250for a clogged flooded kitchen sink, but I used carefree, his in old school retired plumber. He did mine for only $150 & found the clogged, its fix now ty Fred.
