I am a client and am very disappointed with this company. Customer service is poor. I am not notified if there is a change in scheduling or a cancellation. i was left with no aid, no help and had to figure it out on my own twice this week. I received no phone call, no nothing. the person that I spoke to was not concerned. She just said nobody was scheduled. That was it, end of conversation. I am really tired of being "left hanging" to fend for myself.
Carebuilders are now hiring LPN's , RN's Aids and Caregivers. I work for them and it's a good company to work for of any of you know someone looking for a job, this is a nice group of people to work with. Peace
