Negligent, rude, unprofessional, unreliable
Alarmingly poor care for their clients. I wouldn't trust them, and suggest others read the reviews before making the important choice of who to care for your loved ones.
This agency has left my mother, who is handicapped and bedbound, without care repeatedly. Not just for an hour or a shift but for 2, 3, 4 shifts in a row. Days without food, drink, medicine, someone to help her go to the bathroom , at times without her phone so she can't even call for help. My mother is hospitalized right now after being left repeatedly without care by your company. The aides employed by this agency have stolen from her, have walked out on her while she was on a bedpan and left her like that for days, etc. T... read more
