The two receptionist are very rude and disrespectful towards new patients. They also seem to waste patients time by not providing enough information to the patient when they call to schedule an appointment. If you have CHP don’t even bother going here, and it’s funny because they offer their employees CHP but want accept it. Whats the point in offering Prep services to the community if you’re going to send us away when we’re in need????? 🤬🤬🤬🤬
They could actually return the calls of people trying to establish with their office their receptionist is eager to be obnoxious and not let you get a word in edgewise with her on the phone
CarePoint Health and Wellness is the most incompetent medical office I have ever been to. They will literally lose medical/prescription records..not return consultation/ referral calls..blame you for thier mistakes..and then talk down to and dismiss you when you attempt to address it..

care point has been one fantastic facility they have taken care of everything that's wrong with me I love than to one thing so that it's easier for me to manage and control I really like the doctors and I really like that anrp Deborah

Wonderful facility and wonderful staff. They are meeting such a critical need on Southside. Kudos!
