Western Wake Peds was our first experience with pediatricians as new parents and we couldn't have been more pleased. Dr. Lopez is wonderful and if we ever needed to be seen with another provider, we received the same level of professionalism and bed side manner. As a military family, we have moved multiple times since being patients of this practice and they have set the bar for us. Hi! First, I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with this practice so far. I'm quite pleased we have made the switch from Our old Pediatricians ! From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors and immunization director, everyone is professional, friendly and super loving to my children. Thank you for making a Mommy feel safe and secure in good hands.
We left this practice for a variety of reasons. Asked for records be sent to our new practice. We have received numerous bills for the records being sent when they have not been received. Keep asking for the records and they claim that they have been sent. Today they called my wife a liar about the records being sent. Nice customer service.
Had a long wait sometimes but Dr. Tabrizi is so down to earth, honest and very professional. I wouldn't see anyone but her!
