Personally thought they were professional I established them as my new Dr had a visit or two established a primary care thinking I’m all set in my late 40s and I call to make an appointment they tell me the Dr I had last year left and so I’m no longer a patient bc I didn’t respond to a letter sent out in June my year wasn’t even up I’m appalled that I js e to find a new practice and they could care less like sorry we tried letting you know
Had to wear a heart monitor for 7 days, my results are in my chart you think I got a call with my results? Nope! Like I can understand the results. My chart is just another excuse for doctors not to do their job. I don’t understand doctors today.
I've been to CNEMG Pawtucket location for the Laboratory and an Ultrasound both recently- and I must say that I am impressed from the receptionists at check-in to the Healthcare Techs/Phlebotombists- that I am impressed! Both times I was taken care of in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!
