This place is awful. We went on our honeymoon and they called us everyday to try to get more money and services out of us like teeth cleaning. Then we call and ask why our dog has an eye infection. They said they never noticed. They were very rude. Then we receive a message that says yes your dog had something wrong with her eyes but you asked not to be bothered. Really?! We are heartbroken. Yesterday I received a call about our missing dog Juliet. A nice family found her the day she went missing. They took her to Care Animal Hospital due to her breathing issues. They incorrectly diagnosed her with a lung infection and told this family that she would be contagious to their family pets and that it would be expensive to get her healthy and may not work. Care Animal hospital takes great care of my poodle mix, Mary Kate. She gets her grooming done there as well. I have really appreciated how fast and easy it is to get an appointment when a health problem presents itself. All the vets are great and they take the time to explain how the illness may have occurred so it might be avoided in the future. The fact that are open everyday is a great convenience.
The most uncaring place I've ever taken a family member too! They only care how deep your pockets are and how big your credit limit is!! And I overheard the vet tell the nurse that my dog would die anyway! Who does that?? Not any one that "Cares"!
They are very clean!! I felt very comfortable bringing my cat here!

All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are very professional and the facility is quite clean. They have always taken the time with us, whether on the phone or in person to answer our questions or address concerns. We feel very blessed to have found them to provide care for our pets. Most recently, they were wonderfully compassionate in the loss of our dog Molly. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Muncie area!
