Very bad experience for my parents when they had to put their dog to sleep 2 days ago.They were more concerned with processing monies than they were easing the suffering of Cosmo and his people. He laid on the floor foaming and seizing up while they sat at a desk entering information in their computer system. Vet tech lacked complete empathy for the dog or my parents and sister.
I am pissed because my dogs are like my kids . When I call all day, get put on hold and they gal tells me she is getting the doctor , yet at 2:30pm when they close I have still not heard from anyone . Horrible
RecommendedMy cat Sam had been a patient here for some time and the staff here has always been great, last week I had to say goodbye to my buddy and it Dr. Matt Hobson and Sarah who was with us. Dr. Hobson was very concise about what the problem was and that there was in all likelihood no hope for lasting recovery. The both of them made a horrible experience bearable and I am grateful the team at Care was there.
This was my second visit here this year...I was very displeased both visits ..they are more concerned with getting you to spend money than spending the time with your pet to solve the problem ! My dog went in with a horrible ear infection that I caught right away and brought him in...the vet spent a total of 7minutes with my dog! The 2 techs did most of the visit without the vet , $259 later they want to charge me!! The entire staff was very patient and loving towards my very hyper and overly affectionate dogs. The doctor and tech did a wonderful job answering all my questions, and helping me find the best medication for my pups. I 100% recommend, worth every penny.
Excellent staff, Dr Hobson is incredible! They have gone above and beyond to help my Dachshund which is a diabetic. Couldn’t be more grateful for these great people!
