I have nothing but good things to say about Care, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and patient, they are extremely thorough and I feel like Lila is secure and safe in there hands. My dog Lila is my fur baby so it's so important to me to trust the ones taking care of her health. I have been bringing her here since she was born almost 5 years ago and my family brings their pets here as well. They always take the best care of my bulldog. As most people know, bulldogs have quite a few health issues and I only trust my little guy to be taken care of at Care Animal Hospital! Thanks for taking special care of him during his recent surgery.
OK tonight I took a good freind of mine and her dog and cat to Care for their shots etc. She had a 5pm appt after 2 hours we walked out!!! They took good care of her animals and were nice and appologitic but GOOD GREIF!! They made sure and sold her some kind of care program that I am sure that is fine but they could have at least gave her some token of compensation for a 2 hour wait!!
I run the Yippers' Second Chance Animal Rescue here in Muncie. I first took a kitten I'd found while moving to Muncie here. After also bringing both of my own dogs here, I will never take any of my furchildren or rescues anywhere else. I've never met another veterinary hospital who takes the time to sit down and go over everything with you with the utmost patience. We absolutely love Care and I look forward to having a long term working relationship with them. �
