I have to say I actually had fun buying this car. That had to be a first. I got my car at a fair price (and for a couple of hundred less than the Edmunds Fair Market Price) and had to feel good about that. I would absolutely go back to this dealership.
Great customer service – I needed a new car and had decided on another make when a friend suggested I look at Acura. Being a woman I always have the feeling I'm going to be taked advantage of when buying a car so I brought a friend along with me. My overall experience with Acura of Las Vegas was they are very courteous and provide friendly treatment during the entire process. A very hassle-free sell.
poor customer service skills on service advisor – I have been going to this Acura of las vegas since I bought TL in 2005. This one particular service advisor I have a bit of issue, mainly his communication skills. I dropped off the car in the morning for some checkup/repair and NEVER ONCE I got a phone call for the status of my car all day. And I didn't know that they had to keep my car overnight until I called for the third time. best sales guy ever – If you want an Acura this is the place to be for one reason. Louie Doblado. He is the best sales guy ever. Our family has bought 7 cars from him now and will continue to buy from him until he retires. We were looking at a used car once on the lot that was a killer deal. We went home to do some research and found out it was a lemon. We came back the next day to test Louie, and he passed! They're fantastic – I bought my Acura TSX at this dealership after minimal haggling. I don't know if it's the higher-end brand or just this dealership, but I felt much less pressure here than when buying a car in the past. I also do my service here, and they're fantastic
Love at first sight – This is my first Acura, and it was love at first sight. This car is classy. It's fast, and it's fun! The handling is beautiful.
