Provided Outstanding Service – The people at Acura know what providing outstanding customer service is all about. Upon arrival at service, as I'm just getting out of my vehicle, I am greeted by a well-dressed service advisor. My car is always ready when promised, along with a wash. I receive a follow-up call the next day to ensure that I am a happy and satisfied customer
Loyal customer – We have been a loyal customer Falconis Acura of Las Vegas for since 2001 which has changed its name to Acura of Las Vegas and new owners. . We have never had problem with this dealership even during the owner changes. Service has always been great and they even wash your vehicle after the service.
Buying a car was never easier - we all know buying a car you are likely to get taken advantage of - but they were unfront in wanting to know what I was willing to pay (or compromise on). Do your homework first for any lease deals and do the math for the car you want - obviously you can't drive away with a $60K car with zero down for $199/month - the math just doesn't work out BUT this dealership was certainly more willing to work with me than anyone else in town. Great – I don't like salesmen that put down other makes. Although I love new cars as much as anyone, I'm not fond of buying cars because of the pushy salesmen and the feeling I got rooked when I leave. At Acura of Las Vegas I had none of these feelings. Not even the dreaded 'buyer's remorse'. The closest thing to 'pushy' was asking me if I liked the car, I did, and then asked if I want to look at the numbers. I did. He didn't try to 'sell' me the car but followed my direction.
Salesperson Was Very Knowledgeable – I was considering an Acura and decided to stop in here. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions
