RecommendedWonderful doctor and sweet staff that take great care of my Doberman.
I've taken 3 of my cats to Dr. Straeter-Knowlen and she was great with them all. She's caring and easy to talk to about your pet. I hope you don't need a cardiologist for your pet, but if you do, this is the place to go.
Excellent from start to finish. Thorough exam, clear explanation throughout the process, and written report at the end. Wonderful vet and caring staff!

Dr. Straeter is extremely knowledgeable and always patient and kind. My yorkie, Lilly, has been seeing her for a little over a year now and I am so thankful for everything she has done for us. It’s tough having a pet with health issues, but it is comforting knowing she is in such good hands.
We love the whole staff at cardiac evaluations. Everyone is so sweet, caring and compassionate about their patients. Our sweet Bayleigh Kate had heart problems and we were patients here for over for 2 years. Sadly, we lost our sweet girl to thyroid cancer just yesterday. Thank you to Dr. Streater for taking such good care of our girl and loving on her so.
I saw the doctor and her vet tech at Huntsville's emergency clinic. They were patient and compassionate. Toby has been feeling much better after seeing them.
Such a loving and caring Vet and staff at this clinic. They genuinely seemed concerned about my dog, Scooter! They were also very detail oriented which I liked and appreciated. It made my heart smile when I read the Vet's new pt. report( after Scooter's appt. was completed)where he was referred to as either "cute"or"sweet" Scooter. I would highly recommend them! Having a loving and caring Vet staff is SO comforting and helpful when you're worried and anxious about your precious fur baby!
