Rude. Abrasive, and insulting. I’d not recommend this company. If they can’t properly interact with potential customers, how can they stand behind the cars they sell? Plenty of other dealers in the area that are more polite and responsive,
I still havent seen the vehicle I wanted to buy I drove a hour away but the gentleman in the office said that another employee took the car home but didn't come to work so I had to come back the next day

although its true that the car wasnt here when you came but firstly you showed up unaanounced without making any appointment on saturday second i jumped through a bunch of hoops to get the car here for you on monday by 2pm thirdly we have been calling you since monday to try and get you to come see the car youve never answered nor returned our messages!all said its very unfair of you to act this way and leave a 2 star review

contacted dealership to make sure the car was still available since traveling from another state. asked if car was inspected and in good shape with no damages. dealership said yes to inspection and no damages. asked and how much money we would need so that I could obtain certified check with intent on purchasing vehicle. after traveling 2 hours arrived with money. the car was shining from a distance looked ok after closely checking the car out, all 4 tires were bald, their was an oil leak, the drivers door had a echo after c... read more

This red van was advertised and I went and looked at it. The dealer had not even checked it out the check engine light was on. I went to an Annapolismechanic to get it checked out and they expressed concern about the check engine light but I did not follow through with the inspection. I took it back to the dealer and they said they would check out the check engine light. It turned out that the vehicle had a bad transmission.
