Straight to the point owner which I like, told me all the details of the car and was up front about it all .
Was open and honest about the condition of the car when asked.
The salesman was very nice I am talking about Ronald. But those guys don't negotiate price and they didn't give any warranty on my car that I found out It wasn't appropriate. I drove the car to bridgeville DE. Next day I went to pick up some saints of my church and the car started acting funny check engine lights came on, did oil change nothing really change now I parked the car and I have to bring to a mechanic. Hope it's not something wrong with the transmission.

The car salesman Nev and I set up for us to take the 2011 Mercedes Benz GL 450 to the Mercedes Benz dealership to have them to do a diagnosis then I would purchase the car this morning at 10:00. I went to their dealership at 9:30 only to find he sold it. The car was showing Service B on the dash. Because of this I afford to pay for the diagnosis which he agreed on. This was a 2011 Mercedes GL 450, immaculate condition with great miles, that we were selling for $3000 below average retail (CarGurus literally said this was a GREAT DEAL). That was the reason you came to see the vehicle in the first place. It is true, service B message was on. Service B is a typical oil/filter change service (Google MB ML Service B). Negotiation was not something that these guys are willing to do but overall the vehicle was clean in and out. I was not able to properly check the key areas for accidents, timing chain replacements/problems, unreasonable oil leaks or transmission problems. I am only giving 2 stars only because the dealer said I don't have to buy it because he had another guy coming up from SC to buy it that following day. I was no longer interested if he promised the vehicle to someone coming from so far.

Dealer responded and we discussed having extra pictures of the engine bay and detailed photos of the seats, I live a few hours from this dealer and explained that to them. I was told I would get them the next day and never did. I’m not the type to chase a dealer, if they want to sell me a car I’ve shown interest in they will do what they said they would do to get my business. The truth here is that we don’t post photos until the car gets detailed, who would post pictures of a dirty car? I never say we will get you pictures tomorrow sometimes the detailers have a lot of work and it takes longer. This is the truth, iam sorry if you were so upset that you felt the need to write a negative review but I guess some people are just never happy
