Please tell the whole story.first off you sent a generic message saying you were interested in a vehicle you didn’t include a working phone number I always respond with a email asking how can I help you? After repeated attempts to communicate that were all ignored by you I asked ‘why are you contacting us if you are going to ignore me!
Horrible! The man did not great is, he looked more concerned by his computer. They lost the key of the car for a test drive. When we had a look by ourselves because the man never move from his chair, the car had a massive chick of metal on its top. We just left as fast as we arrived.

Told me the car would be available that Monday it was getting detailed. Called said Monday to be told the car was sold. Horrible communication

The salesman reply was a “really?”, We went back and forth about how he was being unprofessional and all he had to say was “I’m sure I’ll sell the car, it is your loss”, what kind of car dealership is this? I was really interested in the mini van, but that salesman totally killed my interest
The contact experience was all good. The car dealer quickly responsed to my inquiry. Unfortunately I didn't visit or buy the car from this car dealer.
