Terrible customer service
The salesman reply was a “really?”, We went back and forth about how he was being unprofessional and all he had to say was “I’m sure I’ll sell the car, it is your loss”, what kind of car dealership is this? I was really interested in the mini van, but that salesman totally killed my interest
The contact experience was all good. The car dealer quickly responsed to my inquiry. Unfortunately I didn't visit or buy the car from this car dealer.
There nice people
This is astoundingly rude and unprofessional. WOW. I've never seen anything this disrespectful in the business world.
Timely
Befor I Drove a hour asked all the questions around did everything function on the vehicle. Was told yes. Got there air conditioning didnt work was told will have it repaired by tommorow. Emailed the next day was told you can buy it as is or else.
Business response:
Although it’s true that the A/c doesn’t work we told you about it up front when you called us. We sell all our cars as is and would never have said it will be fixed tomorrow. I’m sorry that perhaps you misunderstood, we always try to be upfront and honest
