My husband bought me a radio for Mother's day but the rep didn't ask what type of phone we had so after getting it home, we discovered it was only compatible with apple. Android user here. Sounds like they shouldn't get a 5 right? Wrong...I took it back, they replaced it it with a Kenwood that WAS compatible with my android AND threw in a back up camera without installation charge. Now that is customer service! Thank you so much! I am happy with my radio and back up camera!! I will definitely be back for remote start. �

I will never buy anything from car toys again! I spent $600 on a radio o my for it to go out in less than a month. I i took it back to get replaced only to find out that I was 4 days short to get it replaced from the store. I was in the hospital so I obviously couldn't take it. I was told they had to send it to the manufacturer to get fixed and it would take only 6-8 weeks. It's been 3 months now! That means it's been getting worked on longer than I've actually used it. This place is awesome the employees are the best
This is the closest thing to a scam that I've seen in a retailer. First they installed a system that didn't have the functions I requested. Next they wanted to charge $275 more to change out. Then after saying no additional charges demanded $300 more or were going to call police. No response from corporate
Chris was awesome today! He was very knowledgable and friendly. Helped me figure out my stereo equipment and how to make it do what I want until I'm ready to replace it. Thanks again Chris!!
