WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE by Brittnee and the manager, Eloy Robles. Not helpful AT ALL. I was inquiring about a digital media receiver I saw online with free installation. The girl told me that didn’t carry it and they don’t offer free installation except on one Alpine and “it’s not good quality.” Manager clarified they did have it. My horrible nightmare experience. I paid a large sum of money to have a sub and amp installed in my new car but received poor Customer service. Installation caused physical damage to my brand new cars interior. I waited from 10:00 AM to 2:30 pm. The car was returned to me with the molding around the doors separated, right side dash panel off and laying in my floorboard and wires hanging out in the trunk. Arrived at Car Toys for my 10am appointment Monday morning. Noticed a few other customers waiting outside so I figured they were just running late. When I got out and looked at the sign on the door, it stated they were closed for cleaning. They failed to call anybody to reschedule appointments or even let us know that the store was going to be closed. One of the customers drove an hour and 20 minutes for his appointment. They use hack installers and don't care what they destroy on your bike or car. Very substandard workmanship and zero customer loyalty.

Excellent service....great products!
I had a backup and side camera system installed on an eighteen wheeler this weekend. My installer Nick went above and beyond and did a great job! He had to put in some extra hours on Sunday to get the job done correctly and did not charge extra. I am very happy with the professional and courteous work that was done for me!
