Today I was hesitated about going to car town Kia because I didn't know how good or bad was my credit . Soon as I pull up I felt welcome . Thanks to Larry mcelveen he worked patiently and got me approved for a 2018 Forte Kia . My heart was over whelmed. Both Larry and the staff did a great job . Highly recommend this place .
After going to Lee Hyundai of Florence, I knew I wouldn't be able to get a car anywhere. The manager said banks would never touch me. I went to Car Town Kia the attitude of you can't help. Matt Rubino sat me down and said "I am going to put you in a car today" I was like yeah right but within a couple of hours I was able to drive away in a 2016 Kia Forte. Even while I was signing the papers, Lee was calling trying to help after they turn me downed the first time. You should never judge a credit score by its number.
Horrible customer service! Went to get service on car, was told I was late and would not be seen. First and last time I’ll ever go there. JT’s Kia is way better, should have went there as I always have, Cartown Kia was just closer. Will never make that mistake again!! Called and spoke to the manager, he offered a free service, but that’s now what I was after. I didn’t/don’t want anything for free. I just wanted my car to be serviced like I had scheduled.
