Within the past month I have had to go up to the service department at Kia 6 times. Each time more frustration than the last. This was not because of my car but because of the poor customer service that was provided. Several times I was expecting accurate and efficient service and several times Kia missed the mark. Not only could they not get the correct parts in but they also had no idea what was going on. the service staff has always been friendly and prompt when I took my 2013 in for service. yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with sales staff and finance department. they went all out to get me the car I wanted financed at my price point. love them all

Bought our Jeep today and are in love! Everyone there was so nice and our 4 year old had the best time playing with the foosball table and eating the popcorn! Mr Jay was amazing and helped us out so much! We are so grateful!

What ever u do please run from these business and go somewhere else. Within one year I had so many issue for a car a bought brand new with little to no miles. Now 2/3 years years issue with door locks sensors weird noises from engine etc . Customer service from Kendra there was horrible to she hangs the phone up on u . Very rude and nasty n tries to charge u for a mistake she made I made the worst decision coming here and even giving this company a chance if I could go to the news and tell them about just how horrible custom... read more
