Rushed to buy and was sold a car that leaked oil and when I called about it I was told they didn’t see anything so I had to get it fix my self. Just all around bad service and customer care

Because when we bought our car we were told we could just come in and get our oil changed! But no that is not how it works. I guess because we already paid for our oil changes that’s how it works now!

Spent all day at Car Town Kia with the Impression that I was getting a vehicle . Lack of communication caused me to leave without a vehicle after being told I was approved. The fact I can serve my country and still be told by a manager that “They are done” after he raised his voice at my displeasure of how the deal went south deeply troubles me.
