We were given a total runaround for a week. Lied to by salesman (Michael) and then when he was confronted. Would not even call back. Was told we were approved with $3000 down but that would be reduced to $2000 and we took a leftover only $750. But had to wait for car from another lot. Waited a week to be advised he made this deal without financial supervisor approval. Went to Lumberton Kia and approved and out the door in an hour. Don't waste your time here. Best dealership in SC!!!! Highly recommend this dealership. I drove from Camden to Florence when Columbia was closer. The whole staff is the best and most helpful I have ever worked with. I bought my first Kia here and my second and third. They have my business for life.
Bought a car from them last week and decided it wasn't what my family needed. So we took it back this week and they did everything n their power to get us into something else that we liked better. Couldn't have choose and more understanding staff than this dealership was. They do everything they can to make sure u leave their lot happy. We're enjoying our 2016 Optima.
