Bought a 2018 Dodge Caravan and it was a complete nightmare. Had a spot that needed to be repaired. Got the run around for a whole week on when it would be done. Took a day off work when they thought it would be done and wasn’t. Then we were told on a Friday that it would be done at 4. It wasn’t done til 7:30 and I don’t live in Paris. Then we got halfway home and we noticed it didn’t have tags on it and we had to drive back to get them. It was kind of a joke and I will never buy a car from there again.
Sold me a junk car and lied to me telling me it was fine. Also not telling me that I couldn’t return it if it’s messed up. Today makes a week I’ve had it and it’s been in the shop since yesterday because it broke down. They act like they can’t even get me a rental. I don’t recommend dan Cummins to anyone. And I mean any dan Cummins especially this one. Just don’t do it. Bunch of cheats.
