Outstanding service department
The buying process was great, the problem was the service department! Tuesday we had to take our 2020 ram in due to the ac leaking into the carpet. We drove 3 hours from Harlan and sat in the waiting area for 3 hours only for them to say they couldn’t find the water leak and that we would have to return next week to get the truck looked at again because they had no loaner vehicles.
