My car was “dinged” while in their possession for recall repairs. I was told on 8/6 they would call me when a rental car was available so they could repair mine. I haven’t heard anything! I work everyday in Lexington and don’t feel that I should take an entire day off work so they can repair something THEY DAMAGED!! Update: Christina called me quickly after this post. My car was taken to the paint shop the following Wednesday. Other than the paint shop leaving my trunk lights unplugged, I am happy with the repairs.
