I know nothing about cars or electronics and went in looking for an FM transmitter. I thought I was going to have to spend $150 on the whole thing but Ben was so patient with me and I was able to just get the one part I needed. I appreciated it so much!
I have been going here for years, every time has been great but today I went in to get a new subwoofer on warranty after I had blown my Rockford P2. They didn't have anymore in stock so instead of sending me away and having me come back later they upgraded me to a P3.

I have a brand new Ford Transit on the recommendation of the dealership to have a video and dvd installed it has been in and out of car fi shop several times and now it's still not working right I wish when they say it's fixed they have taken for a test drive to make sure now I have to spend my time to take it back again tomorrow

I was given a car remote start for Christmas. Went back in to have it installed - they were awesome! It took just the amount of time they quoted me - not way longer like everywhere else. And they talked to me with respect, not degrading or like I was stupid just because I am a woman. It was my first time in there and I was very impressed - we will definitely be back!
Biggest crooks in Springfield!! Bought speakers from them several years ago, three weeks after i installed them, car-fi stole them out of my car! How do i know it was them? Found my speakers on their clearance rack!!!!!!
