I have a brand new Ford Transit on the recommendation of the dealership to have a video and dvd installed it has been in and out of car fi shop several times and now it's still not working right I wish when they say it's fixed they have taken for a test drive to make sure now I have to spend my time to take it back again tomorrow

I was given a car remote start for Christmas. Went back in to have it installed - they were awesome! It took just the amount of time they quoted me - not way longer like everywhere else. And they talked to me with respect, not degrading or like I was stupid just because I am a woman. It was my first time in there and I was very impressed - we will definitely be back!
Biggest crooks in Springfield!! Bought speakers from them several years ago, three weeks after i installed them, car-fi stole them out of my car! How do i know it was them? Found my speakers on their clearance rack!!!!!!

I turned 16 and got my first car in 1991. I had been saving some cash and as soon as I was legal I went to Car-Fi. I had a deck, sub and amp installed. Here I am, 24 years later, and I still shop at Car-Fi. My family has been Car-Fi customers for 30 years or so. I won't go anywhere else. If something doesn't go right with installation or something just isn't right, they fix it. Rarely happens but they're human. I believe in supporting hometown small businesses.
David helped me get a new BT radio for my car. The installation was fast and easy. The service was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new radio, or speakers in the Springfield area.
