I turned 16 and got my first car in 1991. I had been saving some cash and as soon as I was legal I went to Car-Fi. I had a deck, sub and amp installed. Here I am, 24 years later, and I still shop at Car-Fi. My family has been Car-Fi customers for 30 years or so. I won't go anywhere else. If something doesn't go right with installation or something just isn't right, they fix it. Rarely happens but they're human. I believe in supporting hometown small businesses.
David helped me get a new BT radio for my car. The installation was fast and easy. The service was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new radio, or speakers in the Springfield area.

The service my friend received at car - fi left him with a stereo that constantly plays static and no longer connects to his steering wheel consol. He only wanted a different stereo put in and he ended up with a 200 dollar bill, static playing through the speakers, and no steering wheel controls disconnected. When he returned to the stor to adress the problems he was only told it would coast him more money to fix these problems. Worst company ever do do not business there they treat you like you are a piece if crap I would stay away from them
Revived a great deal on a head unit that I have wanted for a while. It was installed correctly all except one USB in the back. They set me up a new appointment a few days later and repaired it in less than 30min at no cost to me. Great service. Ask for Ben!!
I am here getting keyless entry installed on my car . They said it would only take 1 hour . It's now been 2 hours and I am still waiting . Now , I am late for work , I will not be returning .
They have great customer service. Employees are very knowledgeable . I'm very satisfied with there services! I would recommend them to anyone!
