Bogey and his window tint guy were very personable. I bought a stereo online and when stumped on the install, came to them for help. At the time I arrived, they didn't have an installer available so Bogey offered free instructions to help me finish my install on a stereo I didn't even purchase from him. He refused payment but I offered buying lunch for the two of them and we settled. He proved to be a business man that enjoys making everyone that walks through the doors happy. Went shopping at Car Fi today. I don't spend money in there very often but they treat me like I'm their best customer. I love going to a place I trust, telling them my budget and my goals and knowing I'm going to get the best deal and the best stuff possible. I know they want me happy, and it's not just because I have a big mouth. Thanks Andre and Rick!
My 16yr old daughter just had a remote start put in her car at Car Fi. Tim was her salesman and he was awesome! He talked to her and not me (her mother) because it was her car and she was buying it. He was so helpful helping her decide which one to get. Then we were quoted a price and we waited while they installed it. When they were finished he went over everything and told her he had bad news. They didn't have to use all the parts so they charged her $100 less than she was quoted. We never would have known that, so they co... read more
