Mike and Jordan were extremely helpful in getting my husband and me the car we needed to accommodate our family. Mike pulled out all the stops to ensure that we went home with a great car. We both work late, and live almost an hour away. It was some of the best customer service we have ever received, and HIGHLY recommend using Car City in Battle Creek!
With so many used car places out there it's hard to know where to start. I decided to stay local and am very excited that I did. From the moment I got to Car City til the time I completed the purchase of my "new to me" car, Aaron and Jim were extremely helpful. The boys at car city went above and beyond their jobs by staying open later than they should have to make sure me and my family had a vehicle, we were very pleased with their dedication and hard work. I would go there again.
Great place to go. I have gotten two vehicles from there and have been very pleased with them. They are reliable and look amazing. When I need another vehicle I definitely go back to Car City. When my friends/family ask where to buy a car I suggest Car City.
You should go to car city. upfront sales people that actually dont sell the cars they help you get finaced and let YOU choose the car you are approved for i will be going back to car city for my next car and will tell all my friends to try car city you will not be let down.
