I bought my van from Car City over 5 years ago and had an awesome experience! The customer service was great and the vehicle has been a very good vehicle for us. In the years we've had it we have only had to replace the starter.
They really know how to treat their customers! They came to my rescue when I needed it most!! Great people, great business! Even if I wanted to go through a "big name" dealership, I would probably still end up @ Car City because they care.
To make a long story short, they really WILL do what it takes to make the customer happy!!!!!! They say, they do!!
Car City is successful because of Customer Service, not because you have Bad Credit! When you value the customer you can sell anything!
It's a great place to go when looking for a vehicle.. They have a ton of cars to choose from. They treated me with respect and dignity.. Thank you Car City for getting me into my new van! :-)
