I had some issues with my car the crew that use to work there were terrible with customer service... Thankfully they got rid of them and have since hired Derek Sorensen. Derek was very polite and prompt in handling my issues with my car, he listened to my concerns and acted accordingly, he kept me in the loop while my car was being worked on, and even went the extra mile to clean my car and rims which have never looked better. Thank you Derek and Car City you came through when I was in need.

John and aaron both were professional and so helpfull. They answered all of my questions and made sure i understood everything. Overall they made the whole experience easy and pleasant and approval comes fast i would highly reccomend them!!!!!

I bought a Envoy from here 6 months ago Ive had nothing but problems with it since i drove it off the lot now the engine is blown!! These people SCREW you DONT buy from!!!!!
We had a problem with our newly purchased van... it wasnt our fault and it wasnt Car City's fault... We talked with Derek numerous times getting it set to be fixed. While being fixed, they gave us a loaner to use. They got it fixed quickly and efficiently and everything to our satisfaction. I left in a positive mood and feel good about our choice to do business with Car City.
Josh and Jordan thank you both. They made it so easy for me to find a van that was just right for my growing family. No pressure was pit on me to just get a car they took their time making sure I was getting what I needed.I would 100% recommend car city to friends and family.
