I visited 22 car lot’s. As a middle aged female I was shocked to be ignored, argued with, or pushed into vehicles I did not choose for payments which I did not want. The sales people I encountered told me what they wanted to sell and what they needed down rather than giving me the time to listen to my questions and concerns. What a delightful experierence, such a nice staff.
I recently purchased a Silverado from Car CIty. Not only was Tim very helpful, but I had a very minor issue with the truck. I called and spoke to Tim, who in turn connected me with Matt in service. I took the truck in to Matt, and he had me in and out the door in less than an hour, Truck was repaired quickly, and professionally, I have never been treated with such respect. I would recommend them in the future.
I had bought a car in Battle Creek at Car City Supercenter and have been very pleased with it, and the leasing company. So when my husband needed a vehicle, we went to Grand Rapids, as they have a bigger selection. We found a 2005 Jeep Liberty, that my husband liked a lot. Excellant customer service, very good at what they do. Sam got us in and out, with our new vehicle, in no time at all. We wil lbe back for future vehicles, and will tell friends and relatives about the superior service we received.
We recently purchased a car for my daughter from Car City and are thrilled with the service we received. Sam was great . He was very efficient and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (right down to the color!!!) Thanks for great service Sam and Tim, we would definitely recommend Car City to our friends.
I went into to Carcity expecting to get the same run around that I received everywhere else, "your credit is no good, we can't help you." I met Mike and he was able to get me in my 2004 Ford, and I love it!! Mike treated me with respect and like a human being not a customer.
Everyone was so helpful today. I walked in with an unreliable car and walked out with a great car that I love. Sam and his staff went above and beyond and gave great service. I will definitely be returning!!

went to other places. was given the run around. The guys at car city supercenter were honest with me and got me financed. they really got me financed without all the hoops and down payment. i would recommend them. to anyone with credit problems.
