I liked the car and wanted to trade my 2007 Explorer as they described as very clean, and low miles, but offered me $3000.00, half of what it's worth which is a insult.
Business response:
The appraisal was an unseen appraisal not knowing the mechanical condition of the vehicle.We advised the customer that the offer would be lower because we were judging based solely upon pictures.If the vehicle was appraised in person I am sure the offer would have been higher.
Really easy to deal with, only had the car a couple of days but seems to be in good shape.

My family recently had a most wonderful experience purchasing a 2011 Audi Q5 from Car Bazaar of Franklin. Ronaldo the sales associate was very professional and took great care to comply to every request I had for him. I spoke with car salesman and I told him that I had a 2013 Buick Regal GS Turbo (with sport package), 56,000 miles, less than a year driving it and he told me that it wasn't a car that they would be interested in. There's a Chevy Malibu on the lot!! Wow, not even willing to trade. I was willing to drive close to 5 hours but, was told that unless I had $8,000 down payment that it wouldn't be worth it. What??
Very helpful and great to deal with, would definitely buy another car from them
They were slow in providing title (10 days) which caused us to change our travel plans and I feel fortunate the vehicle was in good condition considering were it came from.
