As always, the office personnel are wonderful which makes it a very nice experience (Going to the dentist? Really??).
I get some anxiety going to the dentist and it had been awhile since I had gone, so I decided to try Dr. Caputo's office and it was the best decision that I made. Everyone there is very nice. Donna was absolutely awesome! She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. She was very informative and I loved that she incorporated patient teaching throughout the visit.
The staff is friendly and very professional, and instills confidence in the manner of care and treatment.
I was greated by a tall woman who did not greet me, she just said "whats your name" No hello...Good afternoon....How may I help you I feel $192 was a little excessive for cementing a posted cap that you said would not hold..Just my thoughts...I could be wrong!!??
Your staff is so warm, genuine and professional they take the "scary" out of my visits.
My hiegentist (not sure if i spelled that right) was going to have Doc right a perscription for flouride toothpaste to the walgreens. Can you let me know if that has gone through yet, no rush on it. Thanks! Eric Leet 815-630-1129 PS- Maybe a putting green in the lobby wouldnt be to much to ask, more for Doc to sharpen his game while he is at work.
The dental hygenist treated my visit very professional and took her time to get it accomplished.
