Always great food at a great price greeted and served by friendly folks-what's not to love!!
The clam chowder is the bomb the servers are awesome too
When you go to Captain Ratty's for breakfast next weekend order the Oscar Benedict...AMAZING!!! The staff does a great job!! Oh...and the Bloody Mary (Saturday's only) is pretty darn good too.
I've eaten shrimp and grits all over the southeastern US but the ones here are the very best I've ever had! I really don't know if there's any better anywhere! Totally awesome and perfectly cooked. We sat at the bar and our waitress was very attentive and nice!! We will be back!!

The food was fresh and our server was very knowledgeable. Everyone had a smile on there face and willing to help. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get and the fresh mini corn muffins were the BOMB!!
A true favorite!!! Great food, great service, and up top on a beautiful sunset eve - "where in the world are we"!
