Fish and chips are a 4+ good tartar sauce. Great sweet potato fries.
It was a great experience. Our waitress, Ashley was wonderful. The fried green tomatoes was excellent as was our dinner selection......one Shrimp & Grits and one Blackened Swordfish with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The accompanying salad was very fresh and the little corn muffins were great. This will be our go-to restaurant when in New Bern.

My wife and I have been a few times before, and it has always been good, especially the clam chowder. This time was no different, although we weren't "starving." We got the clam chowder and dessert. Delicious again! I usually get fried green tomatoes also, but I couldn't see paying $8.50 more for anow appetizer.
Shrimp was perfect, according to hubby and mom, the Ruben sandwich was awesome! Service was great, casual atmosphere, we will definitely be back! �
We sat at the bar as the restaurant was mobbed. The bar maid was extremely personable and efficient. My Alpine salad was delicious and my husband's steamed mussels were fantastic. We'll be back!

Fabulous shrimp tacos last night. Always a pleasant experience when we're in the Bern!
The food was good and the service was amazing. Not to expensive, three of us ate lunch for under 60 bucks.
Saturday lunch, food and service both exceeded expectations. Will visit again.
