I walked past on my way through downtown yesterday evening and saw that the open air seating was available. The servers let me sit up there even though it was just me. They were gracious and kept checking in on me even though I was the only person on the top. Also the waiter (sorry I do not know his name, but he said he has been there for three years) was very friendly and took the time to talk to me even though he wasn't waiting on me. The fried green tomatoes were out of the world. Shrimp and grits were good, as was the steak. Can't complain about the food above average fare. Personable and friendly service.
I took a friend there for breakfast. The service was awful. We waited a long time for a waitress and my friend never got the toast she ordered. No one ever came to see if we needed more coffee or water. The food was good but service was very disappointing.
I love shrimp and grits and like to try it at the different places I dine. Well don't judge a book by its cover because that dish was delicious with a capital D!!! I couldn't stop till I cleaned my plate. Can you say no room for dessert. I was so full me and Samantha ended up walking to union point to catch Pokémon
