I'll never go anywhere Else – I went to Captain Jack's to watch my husband get his Koi fish colored in by Jesse. Wow!!!! – I had no idea tattoo artists and piercers could be so nice. I got tatted from Jesse, and he really worked with me on making my tattoo be great for the" long haul," and not just slapping it on there if it wasn't going to "age well". I love it. Jerry has also tattooed me and again thank you for the great work. The shop is super clean and they are very strict about that.....you guys rock..I willnever go anywhere else...Any one who wants a tattoo or piercing, I tell them to come to you guys..thank you.

Very Professional – I Recently got piercing done At Captain Jacks, as well as a tattoo. I was treated with such compassion and understanding around these procedures. It surprised me to see a bad review because my friends and have all had great expieriences there. The guy that pierced me was very kind and informative, and Jerry tattooed me. It Looks awewsome.. Keep up the good work you guys. By the way I cant see any of you as intemidating. I'll be back and send more people your way. Thank you.

Best shop and people in PDX!!!! – This is the cleanest studio that I have ever seen, with the friendliest people who know their business!!! I chose Captain Jacks because it was so clean and got the most beautiful tattoo ever, I just told the artist my idea and he made my dream happen, I love it!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! – I exspected to have a profesional piercer. instead i got a an under-educated, rude and intimadating indavidual. I have been pierced in about 15 diffrent shops around the country and never expieranced such poor service! he forgot to give me aftercare instructions, but managed to give me an off center lip piercing. never again will I ever step foot in this shop

Exceptional Experience – I got my first tattoo back in October. I considered it for several years and when I finally decided what I wanted I went toCaptain Jacks. Jerry helped me and he was incredible. He used my idea and developed it, improved the color and went out of his way to make it the best! I love his work. Excellent service and artistry – I went to Captain Jack's for my second tattoo, and will never go anywhere else. I'm not really part of the tattoo/piercing culture (maybe I am now), but everyone made me feel welcome anyway. Jesse is an amazing artist and my design came out better than the picture I gave him. I'm not planning on any more ink just yet, but if I do, this is the place to go!

User review by lalalola – There are other places to get a great tattoo, other places have great customer service, and yet others are very clean, but Capt. Jack's is the only that offers all three 150% of the time. Great selection of jewelry, great piercers, and excellent artists. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Superb! – I came to Captain Jack's to get an industrial piercing, and I totally trusted it to Jesse. He unwrapped the needles in front of me, took it step-by-step and was very professional all around. I was given lots of instructions on aftercare, and the cost of my piercing even includes the downgrade to a smaller barbell later. Go here for your piercings!
