Horrible, awful, dishonest…where do I start? this company will screw you over every chance they get. They bill you for stuff that is already part of the building code, then they screw you over every chance they get. They will RAPE you, do not get involved with them. they get their big Mormon family to post fake + reviews, try and follow up on them, they are fake. Reach out to the real reviews, which are all in the depths of hell. AWFUL DISHONEST HORRID

I'm shocked to see the negative reviews now; I wish i would've seen them several months ago. all of our stories as essentially the same: long story short they stole approximately $4,000 from my family due to their lying and manipulation. BUYER BEWARE! Capstone homes does not follow thru with their promises. Once you sign your contract they drag their feet on everything that they do. Read reviews by others. I am now having to take legal action against capstone and subcontractors to fix poor quality work that they are unwilling to fix. I have been in one of their communities for over two years and the horror stories that I have heard are without end. POOR QUALITY WORK. These were supposed to be single family homes and they are not. A lot of them are being rented to several college students. We were misled into believing this would be a nice quiet neighborhood. It's such a shame that this new beautiful neighborhood looks trashy with so many cars. The streets are narrow and it's a constant nightmare. They have so many vehicles and they park in front of our house and all over the street. They use their garage as a gym and the HOA that we pay for is not really doing much to help. Buyer beware. We have been in our home 16 months. Still waiting for Capstone to finish the punch list from closing. We closed on the house knowing our driveway had serious design and construction problems. We closed because a Capstone executive invited us to a meeting to hear our concerns about the driveway. He said “ I will walk your property and get back to you by Monday with a solution .” That was October of 2019 and we have still not heard back from him (January of 2021) even though we have emailed him several times.
