Wish I could give 0 stars. This place needs to be shut down. My daughter was evaluated by Dr. White back in the fall and we have yet to receive a report from him. Despite me calling them multiple times. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
0 stars ATTEMTPTED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER, GAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, TWO DAYS LATER RECEIVE A CALL TELLING ME THEY NEED A $500 PREPAYMENT FOR HER TO BE PUT ON A WAITLIST. I CONTACTED MY INSURANCE, THEY ARE UNAWARE OF SUCH A THING, I WAS TOLD BECAUSE MY DEDUCTIBLE HAS NOT BEEN MET YET, IT WAS SECOND WEEK IN FEBRUARY. I THEN WAS NOTFIED SHE HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM THE WAITLIST WHICH WAS 5-6WEEKS DUE TO NOT PAYING UP FRONT. You don't get autism the moment that the world decides to recognize it. A diagnosis is merely the recognition of a LIFELONG disability. I'm very sad for the autistic community. We don't feel wanted, welcome, or cared about. Nobody listens to us.🤷 I for one... Am done talking. I put my trust in Jesus because my fellow man has left me for dead. Pray for America while there is still time to do so.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you actually need help then don't go here. I'm an undiagnosed autistic adult. Wanted to get an eval because I believe my son may have similar support needs. Dr. White gave me the bare minimum. I had to ask them to send me my diagnosis after 3 weeks... Because they never sent it. Probably because he didn't do anything. He couldn't even diagnose my ADD? I mentioned it before the eval because it can make autism harder to spot... Would give 0 stars if I could. My son was referred for mental health services by our family physician. Capstone required me to pay them the remainder of my deductible before services could be scheduled. I paid $300 and over a month later I have never received a call to scheduled services. Left messages with them multiple times to discuss but would never return calls. Had to file a complaint with my bank and insurance company to get my money refunded. Don't waste your time with this scam of a provider.
