This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional uncaring staff. No one ever acknowledged my emails and there is never anyone to pick up the phones. I have not been able to speak to a single person over the phone since I initially started scheduling here. It is unbelievable that they would treat a patient in this manner. RecommendedMy wife and I followed Rochelle to lighthouse from her previous location and have never been let down by her dedication. She worked with us for five years and helped our marriage in immeasurable ways. Unfortunately my new work schedule makes it impossible to get in to see her any more but I feel that the tools she provided us will keep us going strong into the future. Thank you Rochelle. I really like this office, the staff are all very nice. They also use the Neuro Star TMS machines, which I have found thru research are the best & FDA approved. The curved coil fits the shape of your head better, and the machine alerts your tech if the coil isnt working properly, which enables them to make sure your recieve the full dose of your prescription.
The staff is amazing and so kind. They make you feel at home and you can tell that they genuinely care about your wellbeing. I am so glad that I found Lighthouse Psychiatry!
