Loukas the Greek is an awesome jeweler. He has work some of the best in New Year City. Most of his work are custom Design pieces. If you have a creative piece in mind that you want to have made custom. I would go to him first.
Bought a key to my heart bracelet for my girlfriend. Cost $138. The latch does not stay together. Returned the bracelet to Art Loukas for repair under the warranty. Cost another $6 to mail. Came back to me still not fixed. Can't be worn because the key does not stay together. Took it to a local jeweler. Told me they could change the latch but would lose the key design which is the whole concept of the bracelet. Asked Mr. Loukas for a refund. Was told "We only give you guaranty for the bracelet.
