they need to spray for bugs and roaches because the first 30 minutes in the room there were three to four roaches that we saw and when we ask for a refund they said no this is how super 8 does their customers
My daughter left her wallet there 3 weeks ago. We have been trying desperately to get management to help send her wallet back. She sent a prepaid package, they said never received. Ups has been trying to get in touch w/ management to help us get her wallet back; the manager can't even respond to their messages. How hard is it to just put in a box or envelope so UPS can label it and get it!!! We have already paid 2 day shipping fees, 3 weeks ago. So frustrating.

Filthy dirty. No pool. No breakfast. Tv didn’t work. Lights didn’t work. AND no one cared.
Fire your employees who do this.
staff. i stayed there this weekend. while i was gone housekeeping went into my room and took money from inside my bag and i told management who said they would talk to her about and get back to me i have yet to hear from them. so then i called today to follow up for the front desk lady to hang up on me and ignore my calls even though she told me the manager would be there today
Our experience was very good. Clean rooms and the front service people were very nice and they were wearing their mask like we had to do while we were in the front. The house keeping was so nice and helpful especially the supervisor of the housekeeping. Second time we been their and we had a good experience. They made our 29th Anniversary. Thank You

There were bedbugs in the room! Staff was extremely rude and we were charged a smoking fee even though my husband and I are not smokers. When we attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk, they were dismissive and not helpful. I would not recommend anyone stay here, ever.
I come here very often. I normally get the themed rooms. They need updated but they are at least clean. This Weekend we rented a regular room in the pool area.. I would NOT recommend at all!! The room smelled so musty! The top blankets were sticky. not sure why really dont want to know. I don't think they have ever been washed.
